1 small wrap, approx 100 calories
2 teaspoons cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
2 baby cos lettuce leaves, or lettuce / leaves of choice
10cm lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
60g deli turkey, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon low-fat cottage cheese
Salt & pepper
Spread the wrap with cottage cheese, mustard & cranberry sauce. Layer cos, turkey & cucumber on base, season with salt & pepper to taste & roll it up.
