QUALIFIED SAFE PRE & POSTNATAL EXERCISE TRAINERS
Our trainers are specifically qualified in Pre & Post Natal exercise - MumSafe Trainers are properly trained, educated, insured & work hand-in-hand with Women's Health Physiotherapy partners to ensure you receive the best possible care.
At YGTB we encourage you to be kind to yourself, listen to your body & acknowledge the amazing work you are doing growing or taking care of your bubas - while we set safe programs to guide your health & fitness, helping you attain the level of fitness YOU are ultimately aiming for.

YOUR BABY IS WELCOME AT EVERY SESSION
We LOVE seeing your little ones at the studio, but you might want some time to yourself so, bring them along or come alone it's YOUR choice!
FIT MAMAS
Once you have completed the Post Natal Program &/or have been given the all clear to return to regular exercise, you can join our Fit Mamas Program where you will continue to build your strength & fitness.
TRAINING FOR LABOUR
During the 3rd trimester, regular, moderate exercise still plays an important part in an uncomplicated pregnancy. A fit, healthy woman is more likely to take on the rigours of labour with good body awareness and improved resilience.
Labour can be one of the most tiring & energetic experiences of a woman’s life - some even compare it to running a marathon. That's why we take a different approach to women in the 3rd trimester who are preparing for labour.
Although exercise can help alleviate pregnancy symptoms like insomnia, swollen ankles & back ache, it is also important to listen to your body & balance exercise with sufficient rest.
You may not be running a marathon, but you’re going to be a mum (perhaps again) so, let us help prepare you for your labour.
